Class: Creating a Mindfulness Practice

The Fulton County Library is starting a weekly mindfulness class in January at the Rochester branch! Starting January 7th from 3-4 pm in Meeting Room A. They will start with short guided meditations. They will also discuss the health benefits of having a daily mindfulness practice! This will be approached from a secular framework, not a religious one. No sign-up is required.
