Boo Fest and Costume Contest

2022 Boo Fest in Downtown Rochester!

Come in your best costumes and visit each business in our wonderful downtown area. Businesses will be handing out candy between 4:30PM and 5:30PM.

Then join us for our costume contest! Sign up in front of Smith Sawyer Smith and then line up at 5:45PM at the courthouse. Judges will determine the winners and prizes will be given out for each age group. | More info
