Swing for the Parks

Golf Scramble Fundraiser

This year’s fundraiser is also a goal-match campaign. Our goal is to raise $10,000, and if we reach that goal, it will be matched with another $10,000, doubling the impact for improvements in our parks.

Team Registration Info

• $260 Per Team of Four
• Golf Cart, Breakfast & Lunch Included

Sponsor a Hole – $200

• Your logo will be on a yard sign and in marketing materials

Raffle Donation

• Gift cards, shirts, games, themed baskets, or other donated items that can be used as raffle prizes.
• Drop off at Round Barn Golf Club

Volunteer at the Event

• Please send us an email with your inquiry or sign up on our website.

Agenda

• 8:00 – Sign In (Breakfast provided)
• 9:00 – Shotgun Start
• Lunch & Award Ceremony following the event.

How to Register & Pay

• Register on our website or visit Round Barn Golf Club to fill out a paper application. (Scan the QR Code)
• Register by June 7th: www.rochesterparkandrecreation.com/swing-for-the-parks
• Mail or drop off your payment at City Hall | 320 Main Street, Rochester, IN 46975
• Write out to Rochester Park Department | Memo: Swing for the Parks 2026). Include the representative’s name.
• Email rochesterparkandrecreation@gmail.com to receive a receipt once payment has been made.
