FULTON COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces lane closures for U.S. 31 between State Road 25 and C.R. W 1500 N beginning Monday, August 31.
U.S. 31 will be reduced to one lane in each direction for patching and resurfacing in this area. Lane closures will alternate so drivers should be prepared for changing traffic patterns. The project is expected to be completed by early November, 2020.
INDOT urges drivers to stay alert near crews and follow traffic directions carefully. Drivers are encouraged to allow extra time when driving through this area. Drivers should slow down, use extra caution and drive distraction-free through all work zones.
