FULTON COUNTY – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces that a bridge deck overlay project starts Tuesday on State Road 17 just north of Kewanna.
When workers are present, flaggers will direct one lane of traffic through the construction zone.
Work is anticipated to wrap up by early September.
