FULTON COUNTY – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces that a bridge overlay project is set to begin Tuesday on the State Road 14 bridge over U.S. 31 in Rochester.
When workers are present, flaggers will direct one lane of traffic through the construction zone.
Work is anticipated to wrap up by early September.
